In 2024, we rolled out more than 130 product features and updates to help you bring your boldest video ideas to life. Yep, that’s over 10 a month! It was a busy year of building new webinar tools, automating tedious tasks, and much more.
With all these new features and updates, Wistia can help you crush your 2025 video goals. Here are five things you can start doing now:
1. Improve the production value of your videos
No need to hire a video crew or send your video budget through the roof, because Wistia’s got all the features you need to raise the bar on your videos:
- AI scriptwriter: You can hop into Wistia and have AI whip up a script for the teleprompter. You just need to provide a short summary of your video, your preferred tone, and a distribution channel. You can edit the script as much as you want — or even have AI write another one.
- Enhance Speech, powered by Adobe Podcast: With this cutting-edge voice clarity and noise reduction feature, you can turn a noisy or muffled recording into studio-quality audio in just one click.
- Updated Customize panel: Now it’s even easier (and faster) to drop in time-specific calls to action, adjust your player controls, and more.
3. Finally host that webinar you’ve been dreaming of
Webinars can feel like a lot. From planning and promoting to actually going live, the pressure is real. That’s why we packed Wistia with features that take the stress out of hosting webinars and help you engage your audience from start to finish. Let’s talk about a couple of ‘em:
- Auto-starting webinars: Schedule your webinar to start right on time with a pre-recorded video, and enter when you’re ready. This is great for busy schedules, multiple time zones, or pre-event jitters.
- On/off stage indicators and muted backstage audio: Easily see when you’re live and when you’re not. Plus, with all panelists muted backstage, you can relax knowing your audience won’t hear any backstage chatter.
4. Delegate more video tasks to your team
If you haven’t tapped into your team’s strengths and abilities to take your videos to the next level, now is the perfect time to start.
Wistia’s new permissions and tools make it easier than ever for your team to do their thing (whether it’s picking the perfect player colors, editing your videos like a pro, or diving into analytics to uncover insights) without you having to hand over the keys to your entire account.
